A man accused of stalking Ivanka Trump has been declared unfit for trial following a psychiatric examination.
Justin Massler, 28, is accused of criminal contempt charges for allegedly breaching a restraining order by attempting to contact Donald Trump?s daughter, who is currently expecting her first child.
Massler pleaded not guilty to the crime back in March and was ordered to undergo a mental exam. He was back in court in New York on Thursday and Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Lewis Stone ruled him unfit to stand trial.
He was ordered to attend therapy sessions at the city's Bellevue Hospital and will be brought back to court in a year's time unless doctors deem him mentally capable before that date, according to the New York Post.
